Teeling – Single Grain Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey from the Teeling distillery in Dublin, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is triple distilled and non-chill filtered. The mash bill is 95% corn and 5% malted barley, column distilled and matured only in American red wine casks. The nose is described as red grape and berry with a hint of spice and underlying sweetness. The palate is silky, with a touch of spice and deep berry notes balancing the sweetness. The finish is short and dry, with tannins from the red wine cask.
