Teeling – Single Grain Irish Whiskey (70cl, 46%)

This is a single grain Irish whiskey from the Teeling Whiskey Company, released in small batches. It is made from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley and distilled in a column still. The whiskey is matured exclusively in American red wine casks, which give it a red-berry and tannic profile. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration, and was named Master at the Irish Whiskey Masters in 2021.
