Teeling Single Grain is an Irish single grain whiskey distilled from 95% maize. It is matured in Californian red wine casks, which give a soft, fruity whiskey with a subtle spiciness.
On the nose there are red berries, vanilla and a light spice. The palate is rich and soft, with honey, caramel and ripe fruit, and the medium-length, smooth finish carries a touch of oak and spice.
