Teeling – Single Malt Crystal (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Malt Crystal is a limited Irish single malt from the Crystal Collection, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Crystal malt was added to the mash bill of the regular Teeling single malt. It forms when sugar crystals develop during malting at higher temperatures, and it brings pronounced toffee and caramel flavours. The whiskey was matured in virgin American oak barrels. The nose offers green apple, stewed pear, brown sugar, vanilla and oak. On the palate comes a burst of toffee with cinnamon, nutmeg, fresh pastry and honey. The long finish leans on cinnamon and caramel.
