Teeling Single Malt is an Irish whiskey made in Dublin by the Teeling Whiskey Company entirely from malted barley. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration.
It is matured in five types of wine cask: Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The nose offers dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, melon and spice. On the palate come orchard fruits, berries, milk chocolate and subtle oak. The finish is long and warming, with dried fruit, spice and lingering sweetness.
