Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish single pot still whiskey, made from malted and unmalted barley distilled in copper pot stills. It was matured in virgin American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, then bottled in April 2020 at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers ripe apple, pear and soft citrus, with white pepper, nutmeg, dried fruit and light caramel. The palate is full and creamy, with honey, biscuit, roasted grains and soft vanilla alongside spice and oak. The finish is warm and medium to long, with lingering spice, light sweetness and dry oak.
