Teeling – Single Pot Still (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was the first whiskey distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, and it nods to the Dublin pot still style once made by the city's now closed distilleries. The mash bill is half malted and half unmalted barley, and the spirit is triple distilled. It is matured in a combination of American virgin oak, bourbon and sherry casks.
