Teeling Whiskey Sommelier Selection is an Irish whiskey from the Small Batch Series, the Portuguese Selection. It is finished in Alentejo wine casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines gentle spice, blueberries, rose water and Turkish delight. The palate is velvety and rich, with dark caramel, red berries and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with tannic, woody notes and dry spice.
