Tenjaku 12 is a Japanese blended whisky combining malt and grain whisky. It spent more than ten years maturing in American bourbon casks before a finish of at least six months in Mizunara casks. The Mizunara finish shapes the profile, bringing notes of sandalwood and incense along with subtle spice, which give it an exotic character.
