Tequila Ocho Plata Single Estate 2025 Laguna Colorada (40%)

A pure, terroir-driven blanco tequila from Tequila Ocho, produced in the Los Altos (Highlands) of Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave. Each vintage identifies the exact agave field where the plants were harvested, and the 2025 release comes from the Laguna Colorada estate. The agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens before natural fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills at the La Alteña distillery. It is bottled unaged at 40% ABV, using only agave, water and natural fermentation. The nose is bright and aromatic, with roasted agave, lime zest, white pepper, fresh herbs and subtle floral notes. The palate is clean and expressive, with sweet cooked agave, citrus peel, mint, light tropical fruit and mineral freshness. The finish is long and vibrant, with lingering agave sweetness, pepper spice and a crisp mineral lift.
