Tequila Ocho Reposado Single Estate 2025 Laguna Colorada is a terroir-driven reposado made from 100% mature Blue Weber agave grown in the Laguna Colorada field. It comes from the Los Altos (Highlands) of Jalisco, Mexico, a region known for red volcanic soils and higher elevations. Production includes slow cooking in brick ovens, natural fermentation with ambient yeast and double distillation in copper pot stills. It is rested for approximately 8 weeks in used American whiskey barrels. The tequila is additive-free, using only agave, water and natural yeast, and is bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Cooked agave with bright citrus peel, white pepper, subtle herbal notes, delicate vanilla and light oak.
Clean and expressive with sweet roasted agave, tropical fruit, mint and mineral tones, supported by soft barrel spice and almond nuance.
Long and elegant with lingering agave sweetness, gentle oak warmth and a touch of peppery spice.
