It is Batch 1, a release of 340 bottles, and the label features a well-known chef who visited the distillery. Belgrove grows its own grains for its whisky and fires its still with biofuel, made from cooking oil collected from a nearby roadhouse. The rye is described as having smoky spices alongside a bright, fruity character.
