This is a Highland single malt from The Dalmore, bottled at 46.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American white oak and finished in hand-selected tawny port pipes. Dalmore is known for a soft but full flavour and often uses sherry casks, though here the finish comes from port. Dark fruit runs through both nose and palate, with light spice and a little wood.
