The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Batch 11 is a cask strength Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 59.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks, and has a deep chestnut colour.
The nose offers rich mocha, heather honey and cinnamon pancakes, with caramelised brown sugar, pears and ginger snaps. The palate brings dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
