The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Cask Strength Batch 8 is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at its natural cask strength of 57.2% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and shows its natural colour.
Master blender Billy Walker put the batch together in the year he marked five decades in the whisky industry. It combines whisky from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons with a small amount from virgin oak and Rioja casks.
It is described as full of zesty orange, mocha and spices.
