The GlenAllachie 10 Year Old Batch 8 is a cask strength Speyside single malt, bottled at 57.2% in a 70cl bottle. It was put together by master blender Billy Walker, who is marking fifty years in the whisky industry, and his signature is on the bottle.
The whisky is a blend of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, with a small share of virgin oak and Rioja casks. It is non-chill-filtered and bottled in its natural colour.
It is described as full of zesty orange, mocha and spice.
