The GlenAllachie 10 Years Old Ruby Port Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt from The Wood Collection, a limited edition specially selected for Europe. Billy Walker is named as master distiller.
It is finished in ruby port casks and bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour and no chill filtration.
The nose combines orange zest, apricots and candied red berries with ginger, heather honey and intense dark chocolate. On the palate come raspberry coulis, candied honeycomb and red berry ice cream, followed by cinnamon, candied cherries and mocha.
