A GlenAllachie single malt, bottled in honour of Lunar New Year 2025 as the Year of the Snake edition. Master Distiller Billy Walker finished this 11 year old in Pedro Ximenez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose offers orange peel, rich chocolate and caramelised ginger, with honeysuckle, buttercream and brandied dark cherries. The palate brings butterscotch, grilled honeycomb and brandy snaps, then blood orange, poached pears, cinnamon butter, crystallised ginger and chocolate gateau.
