Palo Cortado is a sherry style known for combining finesse, nutty complexity and subtle sweetness. The nose offers roasted nuts, orange peel, honey and light spice. The palate is full and creamy, with almond, caramel, dried fruit and soft spice, and the finish is long and nutty with light sweetness and a refined touch of wood.
