A single cask Speyside single malt from The GlenAllachie, distilled in 2012 and aged for 12 years in a first fill Pedro Ximenez hogshead. It is bottled at its natural strength of 58.3% in a 70cl bottle, from a limited edition of 355 bottles.
The nose brings dried berries, mocha and heather honey, with cinnamon butter, fresh pineapple and zested orange. On the palate come boozy raisins, crystallised ginger and muscovado sugar, followed by toffee sauce, honeycomb and brandy-soaked orchard fruits.
