The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from Scotland, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the core of the distillery's range, made from casks selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker for an independent, Scottish-owned company.
The nose offers floral honey, vanilla, apples and a fresh touch of citrus, with raisins, café au lait, milk chocolate and a few cloves from the sherry casks. The palate is honeyed and mouth-coating, with vanilla, apples and milk chocolate. The finish is warm and of medium length, with honey and café au lait, and the citrus returns at the end.
