This is a 13 year old single malt from The GlenAllachie, bottled at 48% ABV to mark Lunar New Year 2026, the Year of the Horse. Master Distiller Billy Walker created it with a multi-wood finish.
The whisky was matured in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso and virgin oak casks. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered, and has a polished mahogany appearance.
The nose brings orange zest, mocha and warmed molasses, with butterscotch, rich cocoa and cinnamon. On the palate are toasted almonds, honeycomb and maraschino cherries, then candied ginger, Black Forest gâteau, baking spices and blood orange.
