The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in Sherry wood, with close attention paid throughout maturation so that the whisky is bottled when it is at its best.
The nose is led by dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts. On the palate come heather honey, orange peel, cocoa and ginger, and caramelised brown sugar carries through the finish.
