The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in sherry wood, and the whisky is bottled when judged to be at its best.
The nose has dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices, with hints of toffee, glazed figs and hazelnuts. On the palate there is heather honey alongside orange peel, cocoa and ginger, and the finish brings caramelised brown sugar.
