The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and carrying Billy Walker's signature on the bottle. It joined the core range in 2019.
Before bottling it was finished in sherry casks, a mix of puncheons and hogsheads that previously held Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso.
The nose brings peanut brittle, dates and chocolate ice cream. Walnut, raisin, Christmas spices and fresh ginger lead the palate, and the finish has coffee, Turkish delight and a hint of flaky sea salt.
