This is an 18 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The GlenAllachie, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It matured in oak casks in the distillery's own warehouses until Billy Walker judged it ready.
The nose offers toffee sauce, cinnamon and fresh vanilla pods, with cocoa, honeycomb and cherries. On the palate come marzipan, sultanas and rich dark chocolate, leading to wild honey, maraschino cherries and buttercream.
