The GlenAllachie 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, matured in oak casks in the distillery's own warehouses. Billy Walker decided when it had reached its peak, and this edition carries his signature on the bottle. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is unpeated, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is honey and mocha. On the palate come marzipan and dark cherry.
