The GlenAllachie 18 Years Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It carries no added colour and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers Brazil nuts with chocolate, floral honey aromas, deep dark sugar and sweet raisins.
On the palate, silky toffee and a hint of dry heather lead to a dense, honeyed fruit cake. Wild berries emerge with spiced nuttiness and aged oak. The finish is long, with caramelised nuts and baking spices, muscovado sugar and robust toasted barley.
