The GlenAllachie 18 Years Old is a Speyside single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% by The GlenAllachie Distillers Co. Limited under Master Distiller Billy Walker. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The nose is dense with toffee sauce, heather honey, muscovado sugar and fresh vanilla pods, with cocoa, mocha, fine cinnamon and dark cherries. The palate is rounded, full-bodied and unctuous, with fruit cake, sultanas, marzipan and dark chocolate, then wild honey, blackcurrant and almonds. The finish is long and warm, with gentle oak spice, coffee and nuts, ending slightly dry.
