The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old is a cask strength single malt from Speyside, bottled at 49.2% abv in a 70cl bottle. This is Batch 5, which Billy Walker vatted from hand-selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The palate is described as rich and luxurious, glazed with molasses, oranges and raisin butter.
