A 21 year old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, the seventh batch in the GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Cask Strength series. It was created by Master Distiller Billy Walker and bottled at cask strength.
The whisky was matured for 21 years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads, and has a deep mahogany colour.
The nose brings espresso, spiced plums, dark chocolate and forest fruits. The palate is full-bodied, with dark fruits set against warming spice, chocolate and oak.
