This is an eight-year-old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The GlenAllachie, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland, with Billy Walker as Master Distiller, and it is non-chill-filtered with no colour added.
The nose offers heather honey, caramel and cinnamon, followed by ginger, toasted almonds and mocha. The palate has molasses, raisins and caramel, with cinnamon, mint and honeycomb.
