The GlenAllachie 9 Year Old 2014 is a Speyside single malt from the Amontillado Sherry Series, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in hogsheads that previously held Amontillado sherry, a style that begins life as a Fino and then ages further without a layer of flor.
The whisky is bottled at natural colour and is non-chill filtered.
It is described as full of dark cherries, toasted hazelnuts and caramel sauce.
