The Sinteis Series from The GlenAllachie is a 9 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025. It was matured in Scottish virgin oak and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a cask strength of 58.2% in a 70cl bottle. It has no added colour and is non-chill-filtered.
The nose offers mocha, toasted honeycomb, dried red berries, cinnamon butter, toasted lemon peel and brown sugar. On the palate come heather honey, citrus and warm spices, with gingerbread and poached orchard fruit. The finish is of mocha and vanilla cream.
