The GlenDronach 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky is matured for at least 12 years in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks from Spain, which gives it a deep amber-red gold colour and a sweet, creamy style.
The nose is sweet and creamy, with vanilla, a little ginger, spiced mulled wine and pear. The palate is rich and silky, with warm oak, sherry sweetness, raisins and soft fruits, ending in a long, full, slightly nutty finish.
