This is a limited edition single malt from GlenDronach, in a 70cl bottle. It was created by Rachel Berrie, the distillery's Master Blender.
The whisky is matured in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Port pipes. That sequence of sweet and dry sherry wood followed by Port is what defines the expression.
