A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky from The Glenrothes, bottled at 40% in a 750ml bottle. It has no age statement.
It is matured entirely in first-fill and refill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, with no sherry casks involved.
The nose is green pear and fresh apple cider, with vanilla, crème brûlée and hay. The palate is soft, with coconut cream, lemon curd, baked custard and ripe white peach, plus a light saline note. The finish is medium in length and gently sweet, with toasted coconut, baked bread and a briny touch at the end.
