Projects Legacy is a limited rye whiskey from the Australian distillery The Gospel. It is a tribute to Andrew and Ben's fondness for American-style whiskeys, a nod to their early days and a recognition of what they have achieved so far.
The mash bill is 59% Mallee rye, 35% Australian maize and 6% Australian brewing barley. It matured for three years in heavily toasted and charred oak casks. It is bottled at 56% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
