The Hakushu 12 Year Old is a Japanese single malt whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a green, herbal whisky with a champagne gold colour.
The nose combines basil, pine needle and green apple. On the palate there are sweet pear, mint and kiwi, and the finish brings green tea with a subtle note of smoke.
