The Harvest is an Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, sold under The Irishman name in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is a blend of single malt and single pot still whiskey, triple distilled. Combining malt with pot still brings fruitiness and soft spice, while the triple distillation gives a creamy, clean profile. The nose offers honey, apple, light spice, vanilla and soft grain. On the palate it is smooth and round, with caramel, peach, toffee and pot still spice. The finish is warm and slightly fruity, of medium length.
