The Island Series Horizon is a 10 year old Irish whiskey bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first release in the Islands Series, which draws on the flavours of Caribbean rum casks.
The whiskey combines Irish malt and grain whiskeys, matured for at least 10 years in American bourbon casks. A finish in selected Barbados rum casks then adds rich, refined flavour twists from the birthplace of Caribbean rum.
