This is The Macallan 12 Years Old, a Speyside single malt in the Limited Edition 2018 release. It was matured in sherry wood casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings gooseberries, dark jam, vanilla, a little cinnamon, citrus, honey and a hint of ginger. On the palate come mature sherry, a slight bittersweet edge, orange and mandarin. The finish is very long and soft, with orange, mandarin, cocoa, toffee and plenty of sherry.
