The Macallan 15 Year Old Fine Oak is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured for a minimum of 15 years in three kinds of cask: Spanish oak seasoned with sherry, American oak seasoned with sherry, and American oak seasoned with bourbon.
The nose is full, with a hint of rose and cinnamon. The palate brings rich chocolate with a touch of orange and raisin, and the finish is lingering, with chocolate, orange and dried fruits.
