The Macallan 15 Year Old Fine Oak is a Highland single malt matured for a minimum of 15 years in three kinds of cask: Spanish oak seasoned with sherry, American oak seasoned with sherry, and American oak seasoned with bourbon. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is full, with a hint of rose and cinnamon. On the palate there is rich chocolate with hints of orange and raisin, and the finish lingers with chocolate, orange and dried fruit.
