Notes describe a nose of dried fruits, orange zest and cinnamon, with sherry wood, raisins and candied fruits. The palate is smooth and velvety, sweet and spicy, with dark chocolate, ginger, raisins, toffee, sultanas, dried plums and figs. The finish is long, with sherry notes still leading, alongside charred oak, nutmeg and a touch of cedar wood.
