The distillery's citrus character comes to the fore, alongside soft, balanced spices across a multi-layered palate.
The nose is farmy and wild, with a slightly dirty, cardboardy edge. The palate is fresh yet sherried and fairly thick, and the finish carries a good deal of liquorice.
