The Macallan A Night On Earth The First Light is a limited-edition single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is the third edition in the A Night On Earth series and marks the move from New Year's Eve to the first sunrise of the new year. The packaging was created with artists and shows the shift from darkness to light, in tones from deep blue to warm gold and pink. The nose has fresh citrus, honey, vanilla and floral notes with a little oak and dried fruit. On the palate there are apple, pear, creamy vanilla, light sherry and spice. The finish is medium and soft, with sweetness and delicate fruit.
