The Macallan A Night On Earth The First Light is a limited-edition single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is themed around the first sunrise, a symbol of hope, renewal and celebration shared around the world.
The whisky is matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. The box was designed in collaboration with the artist Nini Sum.
It is described as showing buttery shortbread, vanilla, citrus zest and toasted oak, moving towards a gentle sweetness of honeyed spice and warm toffee.
