The Macallan Classic Cut is a 2018 limited edition single malt, bottled at 51.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured exclusively in hand-picked, sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez in Spain.
The whisky has a colour likened to an autumn sunset.
On the nose it is typically described as creamy vanilla custard, sweet ginger and fresh, sweet oak. The palate brings caramel, orange zest and warming nutmeg, followed by a long, sweet finish that coats the mouth.
