The Macallan Colour Collection 12 Year Old is a single malt matured in American oak casks, with a subtle inclusion of European oak. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is sweet oak and lemon peel with vanilla biscuits and a hint of pear. On the palate, syrup sponge and citrus curd give way to orchard fruits and a hint of nutmeg. The finish is medium, with a touch of citrus peel.
